I’ve been burning on this for about 6 hours and this is what I’ve got so far. I count six more hours until I’m completely done, but I’m handing it over to my editor first so he can make suggestions.
I got offers from a lot of people who build these things in the game industry, and quite frankly, I couldn’t afford them. Most offered to build an index for $3,000-$5,000.
My reply: “Buddy, I ain’t makin’ that much money off this book.”
So, I decided to do it myself. I went through, page by page, and picked out all the headers. Then, I went back and did a word search for all those headers. I also found pertinent terms that would be useful and put them in there as well.

Estimated time of completion: 12 hours. Wish I could make $5,000 in twelve hours. Jeebus. Anybody looking for an indexer?
