I’m at page 100. (There’s little else to do in Vegas once you’re ahead and you don’t want to lose your lead.) I was in the wrong headspace to appreciate it before. I’m in a different place now and the pages are flying. The language is still a little too intentionally flowery, but I love the mythology.
