Yesterday, I made a comment about “finding the Tomb of Odysseus” and how that “proved” “the Odyssey is TRUE!”
Some folks didn’t get the joke.
And yes, it was a joke. Puh-leeeze people. After reading this journal for two years, I hope you’d know me better than that. 😉

Anyway, Ken Hite has reviewed Thirty, the farm, and Discordia. Some highlights:
Thirty
“the whole still resounds with the bravura and flair that Wick brings to stuff he lives.”
“a wealth of Templar info, and much other fun, plus those genius Fraternitas rules.”
the farm
“(a) bloody brilliant mechanic”
“brings home the deadliness of the situation in a way that no amount of evocative prose can”
Discordia
“a vastly wonderful system of ‘dogma’ and ‘catma'”
“I don’t know if it’s the best game John Wick has designed — it lacks (probably inevitably) the thematic unity and grace of Cat — but it sure puts the ‘play’ into ‘playable.'”

Finally, I’m observing Ramadan. Three days now. Damn, this is hard.
